Education

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine (Therapeutic and Prophylactic Faculty) of Azerbaijan Medical University in 2006.
After graduation, he continued his specialization training in Türkiye at Ege University, where he acquired up-to-date knowledge of modern neurosurgery and its latest advancements.

After completing his specialization training in Türkiye, he participated in various courses in several European countries, including Germany and Prague.

Neurosurgeon Aliosman Qedimbeyli obtained the academic degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in 2014 by defending his dissertation at Sechenov University (First Moscow State Medical University named after I. M. Sechenov).

Later, in 2019, he defended his doctoral dissertation at Sechenov University and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.

Professional Experience

Specialist neurosurgeon performing surgical procedures on the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.

He is the first in Azerbaijan to introduce discogel-based non-surgical treatment of disc herniation using the French method.

He also performs minimally invasive, bloodless and painless microdiscectomy surgeries for lumbar and cervical disc herniation using tubular retractor and microsurgical systems from Medtronic (USA), and operates with the Zeiss OPMI Vario 700 surgical microscope from Germany, completing procedures in approximately 15 minutes with minimal risk.
