Mahira Panahli was born on March 23, 2000, in Baku, Azerbaijan. She is a young researcher and academic staff member at Western Caspian University, specializing in psychology and social sciences.

Throughout her academic career, she has been involved in various teaching and research activities, contributing to the development of scientific and applied knowledge in psychology.

She is currently engaged in both teaching and research activities at Western Caspian University.
